Kids! - - If you want to have a fun race you must prepare for it so make sure you train well before the event. Whatever your distance is for the race, swim, bike or run that distance slowly until you can complete it without stopping. Then try combining a swim/bike, swim/run or a bike/run, which is called a "brick". When you can do the bricks comfortably, try the single or brick distance a bit faster, even if sometimes you have to take short jogs in between intervals. Try to get in 3-5 sessions per week and make sure you get your parents to try it as well!

Refund Policy: All but $10 of your registration fee will be refunded until July 29 or until the race fills, whichever comes first. If the race fills, 50% of your entry will be refunded until July 29

**NO Refunds after July 29**
**Race registrations are non-transferable**

In the event of inclement weather, the race directors have the right to reschedule the start time and/or cancel the competition. Delays or cancellation will be posted on our phone line the morning of the event by 10am. Unfortunately, due to costs that will have already incurred, we will not be able to refund fees; however, will do our best to reschedule the event at a later date
.
