by KIT staff. Bring everything you would on race day as we will ride and run the course.

Kids!
-
- If you want to have a fun race you must
prepare for it so make sure you train well before the event. Whatever your distance is for the race, swim, bike or run
that distance slowly until you can complete it without stopping. Then try combining a swim/bike, swim/run or a bike/run,
which is called a "brick". When you can do the bricks comfortably, try the single or brick distance a bit faster, even if sometimes
you have to take short jogs in between intervals.
Try to get in 3-5 sessions per week and make sure you get your parents to try it as well!
